Wrong shower/bath in upstairs hall bathroom

Are you wondering why we had two bath/shower enclosures for the same bathroom?

The reason is that what was installed was a regular bath/shower enclosure, not the garden tub as specified in the contract! In the first picture, you can barely make out the wrong tub which is clearly not an oval garden tub.
